Jason Norrell This is Amazing!!! I got most of these tracks years ago when they were available on johndavismusic. The extra tracks were well worth the price of admission! I played Jesus Gonna Build Me A Home at my brother's funeral in 2008. ( I will have to have someone play This World Is Not My Home at my funeral.) I thank you John for making some of the most amazing music in all of time and space. Finding this is like coming back home after being lost in the wilderness for years! Arigato Brother John. NATHAN POFF A huge indie rock fan, I fell in love with Superdrag during high school in the late Nineties. Listened to the records, went to the shows, bought the t-shirt. Jesus saved my eternal soul a couple years ago (PRAISE HIM!) and the Holy Spirit moved me to throw out most of my old music collection. Thank God He got a hold of John too; I had something good to listen to besides Southern Gospel! Favorite track: Let Me Tell You Why.

Armstrong’s voice reminds me of Sugar and track one fits comfortably in that realm, but there's more to this band than throwback. Prolific bandmate Davis compliments with performances and songwriting that differ enough to elevate the sound without creating contrast that disrupts the continuity of so many great records with two strong writers.
